Wake Up! Here's Why You Can't Sleep

We uncover the reasons behind your nightmares.
If you're prone to having nightmares while your guy sleeps like a baby, here's why: New research says women have more bad dreams than men.
According to scientists, women have trouble relaxing at night (chalk it up to diaper duty, bedtime stories and making dinner) and as a result take their worries and stress to bed. And their dreams are emotional and intense because women subconsciously problem solve in their sleep (talk about multi-tasking!).
Lead researcher Jennifer Parker of the University of the West of England also discovered that female dreams are typically fraught with misfortune, self-negativity and failure, citing the three most common dreams as being chased, losing a loved one, or feeling confused.
Given there's no guarantee for warding off the Boogey Man but relaxing before bed (read a magazine, take a bubble bath, have sex) will help ease you into a more peaceful slumber.

What’s wrong with you women?? Sleeping with that young hot stud is the answer!! I’ve been doing that for the last five years! I sleep like a baby and so does my husband…

Unfortunately any sort of exercise wakes me up for a good 45 minutes. 25 if I’m already tired. I wrap myself like a uber-warm burrito in my multi-blankets and snuggle my booty against my hubby.
