It will be the actor's fifth child.

Bobby Brown and his girlfriend Alicia Etheridge are expecting a baby, his agent Ravi Dabiesingh confirms to Us.

"Yes, Bobby is expecting his fifth child from Alicia," Dabiesingh tells Us. "There aren't too many details out there right now. The sex of the baby is not known yet, and we can confirm she is four months along."

Brown started dating Etheridge in 2007. He split with Whitney Houston in 2006. They have one daughter, 15-year-old Bobbi Kristina. The "My Prerogative" singer has three children from other relationships: Landon, LaPrincia and Bobby Jr.

Anyone who saw Bobby's antics on "Being Bobby Brown" might question his decision to procreate again. He and Whitney Houston divorced after a 14-year tumultuous marriage plagued by alleged abuse, affairs and arrests for drugs and alcohol. They split in April 2007 and have a teenage daughter together.

But Dabiesingh says, "We do know he is very excited, as Bobby is big on family."

Well, guess it's his prerogative. He can do what he wants to do! (Couldn't resist.)
