Coffee Lovers Have a Lower Risk of Dementia

A new study suggests that middle-age adults who frequently indulge in their morning coffee may have a lower risk of developing dementia.
The study found that among 1,400 Finish adults, those who drank three to five cups daily during their midlife showed a two-thirds lower risk of developing dementia than non-drinkers.
According to the report in the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease, the direct link between the two is not yet known.
