Working full-time with an 18-month-old daughter brings challenges daily. But you do what you can to make it work. Just this past month my daughter screams and cries when I leave for work. My husband holds and comforts her while I leave. I think as long as you try to work as a team and coordinate your schedules so that your child has as much quality family time as possible is key.
