Playhouse Costs More Than a Real House!

The housing slump doesn't include playhouses -- but it should! Check out this side-by-side price comparison.

A playhouse for sale on Craig's List doesn't seem to be effected by the housing market crash. Advertised for $15,750, the custom crafted playhouses is described as a "real" miniature home, completed on-site and priced "turn-key." It boasts a finished interior of knotty pine, hardwood laminate flooring, fully operational windows made of tempered safety glass with screens, doors with designer locks and a brass glass inlay. The roof is 30 year composition shingle.
OK we're confused. If you're going to shell out that kind of money for a playhouse that is essentially a real house, why not buy your kid the real thing?? You can find a bonefide house for WAAAY cheaper. Like this one available in Macon, Georgia:

But if you did have $15,000, it would be well worth a down payment on a real house.
That is so true.
How about a playhouse that is cheaper than the real house in Macon (and nicer), better than the playhouse shown AND also located in Macon, Georgia? If you know of someone looking for an incredible playhouse, have them call me @(478) 719-2242. It can be delivered.
