There is a rising trend in the number of men getting breast reductions, according to data from the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.

They say that men who don't like what they see in the mirror are actually doing something about it. The number of "moob jobs" (get it? man boobs -- moobs) increased 44% in 2008 from the previous year.
