Octuplets Doc Sued 12 Times Before

The Beverly Hills fertility doctor who implanted octuplet mom Nadya Suleman has had several lawsuits filed against him in the past, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Dr. Michael Kamrava of West Coast IVF Clinic in Beverly Hills has been the target of several medical malpractice and general negligence suits, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
RadarOnline.com has learned that Dr. Kamrava has been sued at least 12 times. Most of those lawsuits were dismissed.
In one of the lawsuits, they say a 19-year old woman sued several people, including Dr. Kamrava for negligence after she claimed a misdiagnosis in her pre-natal care led to her baby being stillborn.
In another of the suits, they found a patient sued Dr. Kamrava claiming to have "sustained damages due to the impropriety in the case, diagnosis and treatment, including but not limited to over medicating and providing for artificial insemination at an inappropriate time."
Meanwhile, the L.A. Times says that after reviewing federal records, it has found that Dr. Kamrava has one of the worst success rates of any fertility clinic in the country.
According to federal records reviewed by the Times, of the 61 procedures Kamrava conducted in 2006 -- the most recent data available -- only five resulted in pregnancies and only two of those resulted in births. One of those births was Suleman's twins.
As for Dr. Kamrava, his office has refused to comment due to patient privacy laws.
What do you think of this doc now?
This doc should be financially responsible for raising these kids.
I dont understand why everbody is blaming the Doctor
I woould love to have kids I did a treatment and I think they didnt take good care of me @ Huntington reproductive center.
I dont thnk its his fault at all. I would love a doctor like him to help me.
My ivf doctor I dont think he did the proper job.
This so called doctor is part of the problems we are having in our country.
He is taking advantage of what we allow him to do.
In no stretch of the imagination do I condone his actions but, if we (the people) continue to turn our heads when issues like this occure, it will only get worse.
We need to start right now and unite to create and enforce better moral and ethical standards for our society.
The place we should start is with God’s guidance. You can’t go wrong because God does not make mistakes.
HOPE
I hope that he loses his license; afterall, he violated his oath.
I went to go see dr kamrava after 6 yrs of unsuccessful pregnancy and he went thru an extensive screening process with me and my husband. I went thru the ivf process and he used the embryo glue process and it worked and I am forever grateful to him. I did a news interview for him back in Jan 2003 for CBS Dallas news. I understand why people are upset about Nadya, I think she is being a bit selfish, but ULTIMATELY, she has to care for her children, but if you were among the many INFERTILE people who long to be parents, and you have a baby with Dr Kamrava’s help, you would feel as I feel…Forever indebted. I feel blessed to have my beautiful daughter. I would have never had her without his and God’s work…
Hey I like your site ! %WEBSITE%

As a doctor myself I think this doctor is among the most immoral, materialistic, of doctors undeserving of a medical license. One question for this dear doctor…is he donating towards the “octuplet fund?” My guess is…probably not.
