Natascha McElhone, 37, says that her three children help her cope with life, according to an interview with "Celebrity Babies."

The "Californiacation" actress' husband, Martin Kelly, died last May while she was three months pregnant.

"Everyone's been saying, 'I don't know how you can manage on your own, with the baby,' but it's because of that in a funny way, it's been manageable," McElhone says. "You can't hole up and not get out of bed."

McElhone notes that three-year-old Rex hasn't noticed that he doesn't have a father. She says her other sons Theodore, 8, and Otis, 5, "talk about Martin all the time and he's very much still a figure in our lives, obviously."

"I'm really OK, through necessity I think," the actress adds. "Do you know, I'm just terribly grateful for everything I have."
