As we first told you last week, momlogic's OB/GYN Dr. Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz says it was medically irresponsible for a fertility doctor to implant so many embryos in the mother of the octuplets.

People should go for QUALITY, NOT QUANTITY! That Octuplet Litter was pure insanity!
My biggest question is … for a single woman who has filed for bankruptcy and has 6 children already, how could she afford the extremely expensive procedure for in vitro fertilization (IVF). If she can do it … others are going to work the system who want chidren.
i already posted about this, but i think it’s wrong. i this woman does not respect the sanctity of life and has a disregard for the rights and responsibilities of being a parent. the doctors should have seen this in their screening processe(es) and denied her. on top of that 8 embryos should have never been implanted. i have read many blogs that say it’s her right, and it WAS her right to have as many children as she wanted until it became our responsibility to pay for them. then she lost that right.
I think the Doctor/Doctors that did the implants should be paying child support !
