You don't have to be a star to try this celeb workout ... but you'll certainly look like one when you're through! Here are all the basics you'll need to know.

On the surface, life in the celebrity lane seems pretty easy -- just smile pretty, say a few lines, and pick up a big paycheck. But despite what we may think about being a glamorous Hollywood star, celebrity schedules are jam-packed with photo shoots, rehearsals, and interviews -- on top of all the daily odds and ends of normal life. So it's not surprising that even they find it tough to squeeze exercise into their days. That's why celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak developed his simple -- and fast -- exercise routine.

Like the 5-Factor Diet, the 5-Factor Fitness Plan also revolves around the fabulous number five. Each of your 5-Factor workouts is composed of five separate phases, each five minutes long.

• Phase 1: Five minutes of cardio warm-up
• Phase 2: Five minutes of upper-body strength training
• Phase 3: Five minutes of lower-body strength training
• Phase 4: Five minutes of core training
• Phase 5: Five minutes of fat-burning cardio work

You'll exercise 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week. It's that easy. You'll be looking red carpet-ready before you know it!
