Harley Pasternak is the man. He has sculpted the tushes of some of Hollywood's hottest stars. Yes, we know these celebs have trainers, nannies, maids and chefs to keep them in line, but Harley puts them ALL on his 5-Factor Diet. Which is now available to you. And ladies -- this thing works. Here's Harley to explain.

Harley Pasternak: You don't have to be a celebrity to use this program. Truly. I designed the 5-Factor Diet to work with any hectic lifestyle -- including YOURS hot mama! Trust me -- I know it's hard with kids, husbands ... life. But can you count to five? Then you can lose weight and get your body together. And no, this is not a joke.

I'm sure you're thinking "WTH does counting to five mean?! I count to five every day with my kids!" It really is that simple. It's five meals and snacks spaced throughout your day. Before your eyes glaze over from seeing five meals -- let me tell you, this good stuff is totally quick to prepare, and your family will totally love it too. Each recipe uses no more than five main ingredients, and prep time is always just five minutes long. I know it may not feel like you have five minutes in between ballet class, soccer practice and picking up dry cleaning -- but in those five minutes you can lose weight and change your life.

As for exercise the five-day exercise plan is simple and quick, as well. Just five sessions that take just five minutes to do. No excuses sister, there are five minutes in your day to take care of yourself.

Before you dismiss this as another 'eat carrot sticks and that's it' plan, let me tell you that a HUGE part of my 5-Factor Diet is the Cheat Day. For six days, you eat my way. Then on the seventh day -- your way. Big Mac? Supersize! Huge gooey sundae with massive amounts of whipped cream? Scarf that sucker down at your kid's birthday party. No reading labels, no counting calories, no meal planning -- no diet crap. It's designed to give you a break -- and get you focused. You'll get right back on the program the very next day.

Stop complaining and start doing something about it. For real this time. I'm giving momlogic readers two weeks free -- so you really have no excuse. Get off your butt -- and get going!

I was doing just fine with my weight and had no real problems. Then I got thyroid cancer and had to have my thyroid taken out. I’ve been on thyroid medication for almost 9 years now so it has influenced my weight. I used to be able to eat almost anything I wanted and my weight was not bad. Now, in the past year I went through menopause and my weight jumped up 25 pounds and my body is changing form. I’ve stared exercising but need to have a boost in my efforts. Thanks for this opportunity.

Hi Harley! I’m not your typical mom. I am MOM to 4 horses, 6 dogs, and about 23 cats. I also care for my disabled boyfriend. You would think with all I have to do I would be skinny still. But the fact is I have really been depressed and not doing what I know I need to be doing, working out. So, I have gained about 45 pounds and look AWFUL. Any help would be great!!!

I don’t do any crazy diets. I love fitness, but just can’t seem to find the right one to keep me on track.

Hi Harley, I turn 54 this year! Yikes need to get motivated to strengthen my body, build muscle in my legs and tush. Tone arms. strengthen core. Help me to get motivated. I constantly wait for another person to help me with motivation to no avail. (seems schedules of work take priority in my life) I know what needs to be done, just can’t seem to prioritize the time to do so!!!!!
