FOX News: An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-month-old Florida girl who is believed to have been kidnapped.

Sandra Cruz-Francisco, a Hispanic girl with dark brown hair and eyes, was last seen in the Plant City Health Department clinic, authorities said. She was believed to have been taken by a 30-year-old Hispanic woman named "Janet."
Police said Sandra's mother handed the infant to the other woman after the two had a conversation, but then the woman fled with the child. Police don't believe the two women knew each other. It's unclear why they were at the clinic.
"Janet" is described as a Hispanic or possibly white female, about 30-years-old, approximately 5' 10" with a thin build, detectives said. She has blue eyes, shoulder length black hair, and was last seen wearing blue denim jeans, black long sleeve shirt and white tennis shoes, MyFOXTampaBay.com reported.
Sandra is 22 inches tall, weighs 10 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes and was dressed all in pink.
The two may be traveling to Miami in a small four-door blue Chrysler.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts should call Plant City Police Department at 813-757-9200 or 911.
