PiscesCasey Anthony to Appear in Court
The mother of slain central Florida toddler Caylee Anthony will be back in court to ask a judge to stop the public release of evidence in her case.
Casey Anthony will ask a judge Monday to halt the release of online photos and a jailhouse video of her reacting to the news that her daughter's remains had been found.
Casey Anthony has been charged with her daughter's murder. She claimed that Caylee was kidnapped by a babysitter and has pleaded not guilty.
Casey Anthony's attorney Jose Baez argues that the online photos are unrelated to the case and would be embarrassing to his client. The attorney also argues that releasing the jailhouse video would taint a potential jury pool.

Uh, probably the jury pool has been tainted. What difference does it make,all of the other photos, videos, LIES, and evidence should convince any juror of her guilt!!
I think the family knows exactly what happened to that baby. Why are they waiting she should be duct tapped and thrown into a laundrey bag to suffocate and save taxpayers money.

Please bring back the death penalty, stick Casey in the chair for premediated murder, lock up the rest of the Anthony family for obstruction of justice. Oh yeah and Baez, please disbar!
Cindy looked like a homicidal maniac ready to snap the way she chewed that gum and glared…Casey flinging her hair all around like a starlet..George looked like a robot with Cindy using a remote control to make him move..and all the TV commentators moaning how poor George and Cindy haven’t seen their daughter since October..OH REALLY?? What about Baez the creep’s LAPTOP with the video camera and the SKYPE account??? Lee used it at Caylee’s funeral in front of him when he spoke to his beloved CMA…like we are all so stupid and the Anthony’s are all so SMART…Caylee died in their house and they all KNOW it!!!!!
Every one is full of lies and have been no help to the officers trying to solve the case.Tears are late coming in the loss of a child. She is in fear of what her chances are in this case, not any thing pertaining to the child. I feel nothing for someone who is so self centered and only concern is what is going to happen to her. I feel the law should prosecute all involved for what they have done.

Ok, Cindy has no problem with Casey killing Caylee. That doesn’t anger her at all. But the thought of Casey being duped is just unimaginable to her.
This family is just absolutely unbelieably cold.
