She accuses the group of spying on her and reporting her to child welfare officials, her spokesman said Monday.

Nadya Suleman essentially said "thanks, but no thanks" to the non-profit group Angels in Waiting Monday when the octuplets' mother informed them that their free-of-charge infant-care services were no longer needed, reports People.

"It was a poor fit from the start," says Jeff Czech, Suleman's attorney and spokesman.

Suleman, explains Czech, could never quite shake the fact that attorney Gloria Allred, who was responsible for pairing Angels with Suleman, initially filed a complaint with Child Protective Services about the mother of 14. Allred later threatened that, without proper nursing care, Suleman's children might be doled out to foster homes.

According to Czech, "Suleman felt uncomfortable by some of the things that Gloria Allred said, starting with her complaint to CPS."

Allred declined to comment on the matter.

On Monday afternoon, Angels treasurer Jackie Peebles said there had been a bit of tumult at the Suleman house over the past few days, and that Allred and Czech had been discussing the organization's role in caring for Suleman's infants - but she was clearly caught off-guard by news reports that Angels had been fired.

"I haven't heard anything," she tells PEOPLE. "I'm really surprised."

So, who will take care of Suleman's four newborn infants released last week from Kaiser Permanente Medical Center? Suleman has hired several teams of nannies, whom she - and several nurses from Kaiser - have been training.

"She's using nannies that she's paid for, and everyone is doing great," Czech says.

Um…who’s paying for these new nannies? Dr. Phil? Or is Octomom paying with interview fees, which will soon run out? I feel for these kids because I agree with Gigohead, this woman IS mentally unstable. That would be bad enough for one child to deal with, but 14 of them - three of whom are already special needs, and who knows about the octuplets yet - it’s a sad, sad nightmare. Perhaps she’ll let Dr. Phil or Ms. Allred pay for their much-needed therapy later on in life.

I love it when she says SHE payed for the nannies and she “earned” her house. No she used the welfare system for money to get pregnant and now she is using her babies for money, she hasn’t earned a damn dime. I can’t wait for the money to dry up, then she’ll be right back on welfare or her kids will end up in foster care.

Um, if she doesn’t want free help can I have them? I only have 3 kids, ages 6 and 3, but I wouldn’t turn down free help!

This person does not deserve to be called a mother. She deserves to have her children taken away from her. Why doesn’t anyone in authority see that? This is just a ridiculous spectacle.

Despite everything we think and say about this woman I think we’ve all lost sight of what’s important here - these kids! Kristen, I think your comment wishing her money to dry up is pretty heartless. Yes, we all question her decisions and sanity but bottomline is what’s important for these kids. I do not believe going into “the system” would be any better for them. There’s no way they would all go to the same family and I think that would be worse than having a slightly “out there” mother. I’m not pleased with her using my money anymore than the next guy - but one way or another these kids will be provided for with OUR money, so why not keep them all as a family?

She is going to pay for the private nannies with all the “earned” dough radaronline is paying her. This woman is in a dreamland, interest in her dysfunction will wane, that cash will dry up and she will be once AGAIN on the welfare roles. Nut case!

Did anyone even think that the nanny service may be leaking information to the media. This whole situation has because an insane media fiasco. Maybe by hiring nannies she personally chose she is hiring people she can trust. I agree that after 6 kids and having no job she should have never gone for more fertility treatments, but i am sure she would have never imagined there would be 8 fetuses. I don’t agree with abortion so i don’t look down on her for not eliminating some of the fetuses. If you were single and in this situation would you not take any help you can get.

It’s hard to imagine a worst case scenario for these babies, but that being said, I would truly hate to have Gloria Allred in my house taking notes. Gloria, Dr Phil, Nadya, all are publicity hounds, to put it politely. Maybe with different motivations, but they really are all the same.

Re Angels in Waiting; never let any good deed go unpunished. Aren’t caregivers supposed to report harmful behavior to the authorities? Why are we still rewarding Octomom by giving her so much publicity? No more freebies I say. She really doesn’t deserve anything. Unfortunately, she comes w. 8 babies.

She’s turning away the free help because they have no inhibition whatsoever about judging her as a mother & reporting her to the authorities. Paid help, on the other hand, will be more inclined to keep quiet about her poor nurturing/mothering if they want to keep their jobs. But where is she getting the money tp pay them? Shouldn’t the government refuse her ANY financial help whatsoever, (including food stamps)if she’s going to pass on an offer of free child care, with the children’s best interest in mind?

Octomom v. Spiderman ….That would be more interesting then keeping this stupid woman in the limelight. She has really not given any reasonable answer for her irresponsiblity, other than her obvious desire for fame and interview deals. I say we let Casey Anthony babysit her kids for the weekend and give her 14 plastic bags and a roll of duct tape and be done with it.
