Suggested side: Mixed Bean & Corn Salsa

Thursday: Pistachio Crusted Tilapia
Suggested sides: Bulgur Pilaf and Roasted Asparagus

Friday: Turkey Chili
Suggested side: Cobb Salad

Now this is a functional interesting menu…now we’re COOKIN’…these are fun and easy and not to much “in the grocery store” time! Nicely done Dietitian in the Kitchen : )Looking forward to next week :)
