55-Year-Old Has Quadruplets

Check out her big brood!
A 55-year-old woman who became the world's oldest mom of quadruplets proudly showed off her babies for the first time in Mantua, Italy. Dana Ramkissoon gave birth to four healthy boys -- Manav Singh, Manmeet Singh, Roshan Singh, and Radvee Singh -- in August 2008. Dana and her husband Pabla Singh, 38, a metal worker, had been trying for a baby for nearly 15 years, before finally having IVF treatment in India.
she is 55 and he is 38? wow, talk about cougar.
Jill—i imagine she must have used donor eggs, no?
I’m sorry if I offend anyone but this is disgusting! Those poor children, she will most likely be deceased or close too it by the time these babies finish highschool. They will spend their adult life without a mother. This woman is completly selfish to have children at that age. Thank god the babies father is so mutch younger.

I didn’t know that doctors would still do IVF on a 55-year-old woman. It seems like the risk of health problems for mother and children wouldn’t be worth it. The odds of a chromosomal abnormality have to be pretty high at her age.
I’m glad the babies all seem to be ok.
