Many moms and daughters don't get along, but this is just taking it to a whole new level!
Today on Judge Jeanine Pirro, a daughter is suing her mother for identity theft, accusing her of stealing her social security number and her identity, then using her name to open an account with the gas company. Her mom says they lived together, so she's not responsible for the entire bill. Who's right in this fight?
For more, be sure to check out "Judge Jeanine Pirro" today on the CW at 3:00 PM.

Uhg!! My mom did this to me and my siblings!! If the mom used the daughter’s info to open the account then she should pay the bill. Especially if the girl was under 18 when it happened. This is despicable behavior on the mom’s part.

If she wanted her daughter to pay half the bill, then why not ask her? I’m not seeing how stealing her identity is going to accomplish this!
