try eatinga strwberry smoothie, with non fat milk and put splenda sugar instead of regular and frsh strawberries.
I have gotten tired of the greasy taste of mayo, so came up with a tasty alternate, puree a can of chick peas, with about a ounce of toasted white seseme seeds an 1/2 oz.olive oil,keep refrigerated till used also is good as a dip with veggies,salt & pepper if needed
I discovered that fat-free Greek yogurt can easily be diguised as sour cream. I love to add a heaping teaspoon with a little bit of cheese and chopped red onion to a one egg omelet. It is SO GOOD and tastes very fattening too! YUM!
