I looooovvvvveeee the cold sesame noodles! I’m a HUGE fan of pad thai and most vermicelli in general and now can eat pasta basically guilt free thanks to Shirataki Tofu Noodles, one package has 40 calories…deeeelish and guilt free, I’m in heaven.
Oh My!! My favorite recipe is the FAKEOUT SHAKEOUT! It is so yummy!!
By far the best one I have used so far is the Almond Breeze and the Shirtaki noodles.
My favorite was the moo shu chicken since I love chinese so much!
playn yougurt for granchildrens,add strowberry,bananas and top with almonds slice they love it.
crackers and cream cheese top with slice tomatoes and pesto great finger food
slice strawberry put in the bowl,squizz tree oranges,little sugar let it set in fridge for couple hours your kids will go crazy.
The exploding chicken taquitos looked tasty, filling, easy to fix and something that the whole family would eat. I am going to try those with some cooked chicken breasts I have in the freezer.
I love love love the guiltless seven layer dip, using Fiber One as breading and the peanut butter fudge brownies made with canned pumpkin. All the snack suggestions, like for frozen meals and low cal ice cream treats, are lifesavers too!

I cant get enough chocolate…..Please let me be picked….there are weeks that I do not have enough food money…
i cook in olive oil heathier then butter… and flavor things with hot sauce and other spices to make things taste good without all that salt…
