Campus Shooting Victim Alleged Harassment

NBC: Officials at Wesleyan University ordered students, faculty and staff to stay home Thursday as police hunted a suspect wanted in connection with a fatal campus shooting.
NBC News reported that the victim has filed an aggravated harassment complaint against the suspect, identified as 29-year-old Stephen Morgan, with the New York Police Department on July 10, 2007.
A Wesleyan spokesman said Morgan has no known connection to the university.
Authorities released a surveillance photo taken inside the bookstore of a thin, bearded man they believe is Morgan. They described him as armed and dangerous.
Numerous newspaper and television reports said the suspect was an ex-boyfriend, but police could not confirm the relationship.
Justin-Jinich, 22, and Morgan are believed to have met at New York University in 2006.
