Partridge Family Mom Gets Nekkid at 75?!

Come on, get happy!? Rumors abound about Shirley Jones taking it all off for Playboy.

Shirley Jones, the matriarch of the '70s television series "The Partridge Family," has been looking for a little media "exposure" and considering going au naturel. According to the New York Post, the former sitcom star is toying with the idea of posing nude for Playboy.

And her hubby is all over the idea. "She's still drop-dead gorgeous, and at the age of 75, a natural beauty," said Marty Ingels, who is also Shirley's manager.

OK, two things: 1) Ingels obviously loves his wife, which is SO sweet. 2) Ingels, like his wife, is in his seventies and clearly his eyesight is going.

A rep from Playboy tells Access Hollywood that they have no plans to feature the iconic mom.

Still, should a 75-year-old mother, grandmother, and former Mrs. Partridge really be showing off her "stuff"?

Sure, why not? She’s lived long enough to know whether or not this is something she can do and still respect herself. Besides our culture needs to learn to embrace sexuality of all ages.

I’ll just look at the centerfold with my glasses off! LOL! No, some women look great no matter what their age. I say, go for it, but just do the artsy nudity that Hefner did in the 60’s. We don’t need to look at the nether regions…
