Fox News: A mother of nine who was arrested after authorities found a dead fetus stored in the refrigerator of her filthy home is headed to prison for 10 years on that charge and 12 years on other child endangerment charges.

Gloria Ramirez, who is pregnant, was convicted of child injury and endangerment. She looked down as the sentence was read.

Ramirez received 10 years on the child injury conviction and two years for each of six endangerment charges. They'll be served concurrently.

Police came to the 28-year-old's home in 2007 after her common-law husband called a funeral home about a casket for a stillborn infant. The fetus had been placed in a baby wipe box in a refrigerator.

Authorities found rodents, roaches, dirty diapers, moldy food and trash covering most of the home's floors.

Some people need to be sterilized. This is a case for Eugenics.
I currently live in Texas and let me just say that EVERY SINGLE DAY I see someone who should NOT procreate. This is atrocious. Can’t they just make tranquilizer guns filled with birth control? Call me a fascist, but this is a serious issue.

This so sad those poor children but apparently the father is also in the home and new the baby was stillborn is he also facing charges? Hopefully, these poor children as well as the one she is carrying will go to loving nurtering homes that will keep the siblings in contact with one antother. How sad!

okay that is sad but maybe in her own way she was trying to preserve the body I mean maybe she wasn’t playing with a full deck or something with nine kids already I feel sorry for her sort of I’m not excusing what she did or anything but if the child was already dead I’m assuming she really didnt’ know any better
