PiscesJon & Kate Haven't Slept Together in Months
Kate has consulted a divorce attorney and Jon plans to file divorce papers next week, a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com. As America has helped them reach record TV ratings in the past few weeks - nearly 10 million people tuned in to the season premiere on TLC -- more drama was unfolding behind the scenes. "Jon and Kate haven't slept together in months. Jon doesn't even like to come in the house when Kate is there," the source told RadarOnline.com.
Jon has been living in sleeping quarters in the garage. He has not shared a bed with Kate in months, the source said. Their on-screen fighting and bickering pales in comparison to the off-screen chill that exists between them, and Jon has done everything he can to avoid his wife, according to the source.
The marriage has been dying slowly for a while, says the source. In May, Kate's brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Jodi Kreider, told RadarOnline.com that, "Six months ago Kate came to Jon and said, 'Hey, it's over.'" But the couple stayed together and RadarOnline.com learned that they recently moved up the time table for splitting, as tension between them grew.
The source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com that Jon reached the point where he didn't want to be in the same house with Kate, much less sleep with her. Us Weekly previously reported that Jon was having an affair with Deanna Hummel. Her brother, who lived with Deanna, told the magazine that he had spent nights at her house.
Jon and Kate spent their 10th wedding anniversary apart last weekend and have been photographed together infrequently in recent weeks.
But Jon was photographed with another woman -- after he moved on from Deanna. RadarOnline.com exclusively reported he was seeing Hailey Glassman, the daughter of the plastic surgeon who performed a tummy tuck on Kate.

I feel so bad that they have to go through this infront of all of America, that they’re judged only by what the media wants us to see. I hope for the best for all 10 of them.

I think its pretty pathetic they’re still going to go on with the show. Its like a train wreck in slow motion. I won’t watch they’re show because I can’t stand Kate. I feel bad for Jon but hey at least he can get his balls back!!!!
I agree with kris. I honestly can’t believe that they are going to continue the show. Going through a divorce is something meant to be done in private, not posted for everybody to see. I feel sorry for their children who will be able to look back at this season knowing that this was the season their lives changed.The season Daddy stopped spending special occasions with them because Mommy had to have them for every occasion. I still can’t believe that Kate actually said that she will make sure she gets every holiday with them. How selfish can you be? Their his kids too.
I also can’t stand the fact that Jon is being made to look like the bad one in this. I’m sorry, but if my spouse treated me the way his wife did, papers would have been filed a long time ago. Kate didn’t treat him like a loving husband, she treated him the same way she treated kids. Some times I think she should actually sit down and watch herself on tv. Then maybe she’ll see why Jon isn’t talking to her.
Oh and that show with their 100th episode, I thought Jon did an excellent job in the kitchen and he didn’t need her comments. It’s not like she was doing all that great herself. Plus Jon probably didn’t want to get yelled at by her because he was invading her space. Do we not recall the episode where he made Korean dinner? Wouldn’t want to have that again.
Pray for the kid’s ok i will give you that,however Jon’s own brother told the world that Jon was sleeping with a 23 yr.old woman, come on that’s called low Rent where I was raised,he has 8 kid’s & he cant control his libedo utill he @ least leave’s the marriage,dispicable,no wonder he wasnt sleeping with his wife ,he was to tired.
They have been divorcing for months & having problems for like 2 years basically since the show started so are you really suprised just a nother example of how fame changes you especially when it comes with a little money.
I feel bad for the kids, but I’m honestly not surprised at all. I’m actually surprised they didn’t get divorced ages ago.
