A judge has granted Michael Jackson's mother Katherine's request for temporary guardianship of his three children.
According to TMZ, the court documents filed say the kids -- 12-year-old Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., 11-year-old daughter Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, and 7-year-old Prince Michael "Blanket" Jackson II -- have "no relationship with their biological mother," Debbie Rowe, but do have "a long established relationship" with their grandmother.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled this morning, and a hearing as to whether she can be the children's permanent guardian is set for August 3.
TMZ also reports that in the documents where the name of Blanket's mother is to be indicated, it is written "none." It is widely reported that Jackson's third child was born via surrogate.
