Sarah needs to go on with her life and stop trying to buy tv time. David was referring to Bristol the daughter that had already been knocked up, and she knows that. This is just to get her more tv time…I think she and her entire family should stay in Alaska and cook Moose burgers. She is not a politician we all know that, McCain was senile when he chose her as a running partner.

I saw this today and I can tell that Matt must have thought she was crazy. She did seem so rehearsed in her interview on the pipelines but when she got to Letterman, you can tell her logic was off. Her statements didn’t make sense.

Palin needs to chill out David Letterman has publicly apologized. He thought that Bristol had been at the game not Sarah’s 14 year old. He was referring to Bristol who is an adult. I’d be upset too as a mom but Palin is making way to big a deal about this.

You know it doesn’t matter if he was talking about Bristol or Willow it was still wrong. The media treats her family like crap and I don’t think anyone would support Rush or any other right wing group if they came out and said something nasty about Obama kids. People need to stop being so two sided about this. If liberal feel it’s okay to personal attack politicans children, then I say all politicans children should be open to the same treatment. You certainly didn’t hear the media go crazy with the information about Joe Biden daughter who was busted for doing cocaine and there was even pictures of her during it but the media covered it quickly one day and by the next day you couldn’t find any media outlet talking about it. Rather you like her or not, I would like to know why all the feminist out there aren’t standing up for her and saying enough is enough. As long as we allow the media to attack her, it weakens ALL women from ever being taken seriously as Politicans or people in high postitions. This is NOT acceptable.

As to the joke in question, I refuse to buy into the casual lie that Letterman did not intend to target Willow with the pregnancy joke. Letterman was not some disinterested comic that was parroting a line given to him. He’s been at war with the Palins since day one. Letterman’s been obsessed with Sarah & her family—Mentioning them countless times. His anger and dislike for the Palins is demonstrably & pathologically unhinged. Details surrounding the New York visit—Letterman’s home turf, were certain to be a centerpiece for his anger to focus on. Letterman went after that child because he’s been bent angry over the fact that he can’t lay a glove on the Mother. Consequently, we were all given a glimpse, of how wretched, vulgar, & debauched is the soul that putrefies in that angry Liberal’s heart

How would Letterman like these type of comments about his son, recent wife, his lifestyle etc. I don’t see how he can justify his remarks as a joke. There is nothing funny about them. not to mention Alex Rodriguez why drag him into the JOKE. I think it is probably very hard for children of celebrities to have close to a normal life. He is not helping matters at all
