That's why RunPee is the latest "must-have" iPhone app. Not only does the program give you the optimum time in the movie to dash to the bathroom, it also gives you a summary of what you missed sent right to your phone -- right when you get back.

The RunPee website claims it's perfect for pregnant women because "Who needs to RunPee more than expecting mothers?" Be warned: moms going to the movies with young kids might think twice about asking them to hold it until RunPee's scheduled "pee-time" -- or you'll spend the rest of the flick mopping up the floor.
