Packaged foods can typically be so depleted in nutrients, not so with these two.A Occupational therapist friend of mine turned me on to the pistachios to help with my sons dexterity and penmanship. They are also great for the brain and shelling them slows the kids down a bit allowing time to socialize at lunch.Quick for momma, good for kids!
