Woman in Tunisia Pregnant with 12 Babies

The Sun: A woman is soon to deliver a record-breaking 12 BABIES, it was claimed today.
The teacher is expecting six boys and six girls, according to reports.
She conceived the tots following fertility treatment, after suffering a number of miscarriages.
British fertility experts confirmed the extraordinary pregnancy in Gafsa, Tunisia, was possible -- but carried "colossal" risks.
The mum -- who has not yet been named -- reportedly told doctors she was "feeling fine and looking forward to hugging her six boys and six girls".
She is said to be in 'good health' but subject to constant medical monitoring.
The father, named in local reports only as Marwan, said: "In the beginning, we thought that my wife would give birth to twins, but more foetuses were discovered. Our joy increased with the growing number."
He claimed she wanted to give birth naturally, but medical experts claimed this would be impossible.
The Tunisian health and social ministries have said they will offer various forms of assistance to the family.
Dr Mark Hamilton, of the British Fertility Society, said: "Twelve babies seems extraordinary.
"The woman could have been receiving ovulation induction treatment, which stimulates egg production. You don't have the same control as with IVF."
In January Nadya Suleman of California, US, stunned the world by delivering eight healthy tots.
And in May, Nuala Conway, 26, from Dunamore, gave birth to sextuplets -- four girls and two boys. One of the girls died in July.

Are you kidding me? Humans aren’t supposed to be having LITTERS. The chance of ANY of these fetuses surviving is next to nothing, unless she aborts some of them (which, from what I’ve read, won’t be happening) And if any of them DID manage to survive, you know that those poor kids are going to have health problems out the yin-yang.
Does anyone remember Octamom’s (how Suleman is now known) stomach and how bloated out it was? How the heck does this woman even think she can try? (She also regrets not listening to wiser heads now.) Nature finds a way, some fetuses will die, others be born with health issues. And how will she pay for them and their hospital bills? I SURE as heck refuse. Twins, triplets, even quadruplets ok but I’m seriously disturbed by this ‘trend’ to keep all these fetuses. This was never intended by nature, we need the sense to practice our new capabilities by science wisely. And I wonder if this also represents a deeper psychological problem with many women and fertility/birthing…
eagerly awaiting “Jack and Melve plus 12” series…

This woman is crazy if she thinks she’s going to be able to hug her six boys and six girls. The odds of all of them making it are astronomical. Most likely whichever of them do survive will be born so early she won’t be able to hold them, much less hug them.
