Project Runway host Heidi Klum is carrying more than her huge pregnant belly around town these days -- she's also hoisting three-year-old Johan on her hip with Leni, five, and four-year-old Henry in tow. Klum and husband Seal are expecting the fourth addition to their brood to make an appearance this October.
