This is the first time he's ever admitted this publicly.

John Travolta has taken the stand this morning to testify against two defendants accused of blackmailing him after his son's death earlier this year.
He told the court that Jett was autistic, something neither he nor wife Kelly Preston had ever confirmed publicly before.
"My son was autistic, and suffered from seizure disorder. Every five to ten days, he suffered seizures which lasted 45 seconds to a minute," Travolta testified.
He says on the morning of his son's death, he was awakened by his son's caretaker. "He was pounding on the door upstairs where we were sleeping."
Travolta immediately ran downstairs and began to perform CPR on his son.
Paramedic Tarino Lightbourne and former senator Pleasant Bridgewater have been charged in connection with a $25 million blackmail scheme against the Travolta family. The defendants allegedly tried to extort money out of Travolta surrounding a document that shows Travolta refused an ambulance. However, according to police, Travolta signed the document because he was considering flying Jett to Florida for emergency treatment.
Jett was taken to a local hospital and died on January 2 of this year of a seizure disorder.
