Most Offensive Doll for Little Girls. Ever.

Inspired by Miley Cyrus' Teen Choice Awards "pole dance?" A new doll takes inappropriate to a whole new level.

Parents have been shocked by dolls for decades. From Barbie to Bratz to breastfeeding dolls, little girls' toys always seem to push the envelope. Then we found this.

The box says it all: "Style." "Interesting." "Music." "Flash." "Up and Down." "Go Round and Round." Yep, that's the description of the latest in shocking doll designs -- the "Pole Dance" doll! The Chinese-produced gyrating toy might not ever grace the shelves of Toys "R" Us, but it IS out there.

What would you do if your little girl wants one?

Cyrus never did a pole dance. The media magnified it a thousand fold to create a scandal. The only people that view it as a pole dance are those that look for the perverted in everything they see.

Only bad parents would buy this for their child.

Hey, Dee…you are a moron. Take a look at this and tell me that it’s just media hype, making her a victim. http://blog.themoviequotes.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/miley-cyrus-pole-dance.jpg Any MINOR who chooses to act like a stripper at the TEEN Choice Awards deserves every piece of backlash that she gets. Grow up and open your eyes. Sex sells, apparently even with teenage girls trying to make a buck off of the psyche of much younger girls.

Girls don’t even need to see a pole during a show involving a young girl and shame on them for placing it on top of the ice cream cart. Shame on the mangers!!

I can understand both viewpoints, but have to admit the part I saw looked nothing like pole dancing. They may not have used good judgement placing the pole on top of ice cream but I don’t think sex had anything to do with it. I am a romance and sexpert specialist and even I saw it as a young girl holding onto a pole to stabilize her while she was on a moving prop while performing. If she had been on a normal stage doing this same dance move she wouldn’t have needed a pole to stabilize her and there would be nothing to talk about except her awesome show. I’ve missed momlogic and the interaction with all of the fabulous women! Hope everyone has a wonderful day:)

right, gyrating and bouncing up and down on a pole while wearing coochie cutters and cleavage all over the place looks nothing like a pole dance. you people need to have you heads examined…

Don’t knock pole dancing just because of social stigmas. It can be an amazing form of fitness and totally empowering for women to take pole dance fitness classes in a safe, female only pole dancing studio. Not to mention fun. I recommend trying it! (but I still wouldn’t buy the doll for my daughters:)

This is (probably) a proto-type, developed in China that will never purcahsed by a toy company to be mass produced anywhere in the US. Somebody probably took a cell phone picture of this and its gone viral. I’m not condoning this (I would never buy one) but there’s no need to panic. It will never be produced.

Yea, I agree with you Sara… I think that it may not have been INTENDED, but still happened and yea from what I saw, looked like a pole dancer to me, complete w outfit… I think that the young girls these days in the business seemingly get by with doing whatever and wearing whatever just because they can and have money… I know my daughter gets in trouble at school if her jeans have one little hole in them that does not even show anything, yet we are supposed to be OK with these girls the same age if not younger going around on TV looking like strippers?? Yea society is def messed up!!!
