Celeb-u-tot Suri hits the shops in some grown-up shoes.
Momlogic's Momstrosity: Suri Cruise was spotted hobnobbing around Boston with mommy Katie Holmes. Like most fashionista shop-a-holics, she was sporting a pair of sassy high-heeled shoes. Huh? The spawn of Tom and Kate, barely 4 years old, is already shoving her dogs into those uncomfortable contraptions worn by grown women around the world. Many wear these torture devices to make themselves appear taller, while others think they elongate their gams to create a sexy leg line. And we all know the first thing the preschool set needs is to show off their long, sexy legs.
I personally don't think there's anything wrong with "playing dress up." I have a 3-year-old, and I let her walk around the house in her fake little high-heeled shoes. Then, when we actually have to go outside, she puts on regular age-appropriate shoes designed for optimum walking. You know, kids' shoes.
But if Kate is just letting Suri do a little outside dress up, why stop at the shoes? Perhaps a mini thong, a push-up bra, and a temporary tramp stamp might be the next step. Just sayin'.What do you think of high heels for little girls?

I was so ready to read 100 comments in support of this post, but no - how can so many people think it’s appropriate to put heels on a four year old?! As one comment mentioned there are health problems associated with heels - if grown women can develop bunions (google it for a pic if you can’t picture it - not a pretty sight) from wearing these shoes, think what could happen to little girls with growing bones! As for the comment about not being able to control your toddler, wow, you do realise that you are the parent yes? Maybe you can’t change their minds and maybe they will kick and scream, but you sure can change their clothes! Children don’t have impulse control, it’s up to you as the parent to teach it to them so they won’t become yet another adult without impulse control.
I’m just actually happy to see her walking on her own feet - this little girl is carried around by her parents in almost every other picture I’ve ever seen of her!

Of course she’s too small to be walking around in heels since most of the time they are NOT comfortable but seriously it’s just a picture. If Kate were making her wear them when they go out she’s setting her daughter up for corns and back pain in the future but tramp stamp and thongs? Please.

Paypal takes a lot of your money. Quikbooks is what I decided on. I am able to integrate it with the free version online. Now that is just a merchant account. I use godaddy.com to set up my shopping cart feature and it is compatible with the Quikbooks merchant account. The monthly fees are low and the percentage for each transaction that Quikbooks takes is small…well worth it.
