The first Duggar grandchild has arrived.
It's a girl! Last night, Josh Duggar -- Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's oldest child -- and his wife Anna welcomed a baby girl, Mackynzie Renee Duggar.
She weighed 8 pounds and was 19 1/2 inches, according to the "Today" show.
She is the first grandchild for Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar.
Mackynzie has 17 aunts and uncles and another one on the way. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are expecting their 19th child in the spring.
Despite soon having 19 kids to look after, Michelle Duggar, star of "18 and Counting," told the "Today" show, "We're really excited about being grandparents. [Josh and Anna] are going to make great parents."
