Remember the soccer mom who carried a loaded gun to her 5-year-old daughter's game, and made national headlines?
She was tragically shot dead Wednesday along with her husband in what appeared to be a murder-suicide, according to police.
Meleanie Hain, 31, and Scott Hain, 33, were pronounced dead Wednesday night. The couple's three children were home at the time but weren't hurt, police said. They were taken to stay with friends and relatives.
What a tragic story. Our thoughts go out to Meleanie's kids in this horrific time.

What a tragedy? The past year has been tough on their family to only loose both parents in such a horrible way. My heart and thoughts go out to their family.
Reminds me of some silly old bugger saying “they’ll pry his gun from his cold dead fingers”. Gun control, making sure when people lose control it is not a death sentence for them or the innocent people near them.
She carried a gun to protect herself, then she got killed by someone.
Why is this ironic? It’d be ironic if it was her own gun, I suppose, but otherwise it proves her right, in a way.
