Sunny Anderson's Top Three Thanksgiving Gadgets

Want to know what the Food Network chefs consider their must-have Thanksgiving gadgets?

Susannah Locketti: This week, I turned to Sunny Anderson, host of "Cooking for Real," airing weekends on FN, for her recommendation on what tools you need to make Thanksgiving great:
1. Thermometer: Every mom needs a great internal thermometer with a digital reading. Nobody wants to get sick, and this way, you know exactly when your meat is cooked based on the internal temperature.
2. A sharp edge: Moms also need a standard carving knife -- stay away from the mechanical carving knife, it ruins the Norman Rockwell moment of carving the turkey.
3. Separate the fat: A fat separator is also great for removing fat from gravies if you are using pan drippings to make a homemade version.
