According to "The Insider," Levi Johnston is going to file for joint custody of Tripp, the son he had with Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol.

Levi says he is seeking joint custody because he was having trouble trying to see his infant son over the weekend. Levi told "The Insider," "At the end of the month, I'm going to file for joint custody of Tripp."

He says he has tried handling this the "friendly way," but he's over it. "It's not working," he says. "I'm done. It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge."
