MYFOX NATIONAL -- Police in Haverstraw, N.Y., say an armed man walked into a Taco Bell restaurant on Oct. 26 around 2 p.m. and demanded money and then a job application.

According to The Journal News, the suspect entered the restaurant, pointed a gun at the cashier, demanded money and then ordered the cashier to the floor. He then walked to the manager's office and asked for a job application. The manager denied his request.

"He requested an application for employment, and the manager said 'No,'" said Lt. John Hickey of the Haverstraw Police Department.

Police said that no money was taken and they are still looking for the suspect.

In April a man scammed his way into a Little Rock, Ark., Taco Bell asking to use the rest room and then attempted to rob the restaurant . But the manager fought the armed robber, took away the robber's gun, and wrestled with him out the drive-thru window. The suspect managed to flee but was quickly apprehended by the police.

Another man actually filled out a job application before pulling a knife at an Athens, Ga., convenience store and robbing the business. It took a few days but the police were able to track down the man, partly because he used his real name on the application.
