Well, I hate to admit it but it is the trusty ol’ green bean casserole recipe!
There are a couple staples for Thanksgiving dinner at our house: Mom’s Stuffing, Grandpa’s Gravy, Grandma’s Fruit Salad and Great Grandma’s Sweet Potatoes. Every thanksgiving isn’t complete unless we have those items!
Mashed potatoes and gravy and creamed corn!
My family favorite is Macaroni Salad made with Baby Shells, seems my family likes to mix with their mashed potatoes, (I know they are weird), my favorite would definately have to be Pumpkin Pie or Cinnamon Glazed carrots.

I ABOSOLUTELY LOVE my mushroom celery stuffing. Thanksgiving isn’t the same without it :)
Stuffing with dried fruits & nuts is the first dish to disappear from our table! It even wowed my Mexican in-laws.

my Mom’s turkey gravy without a doubt! She makes it in a black iron skillet the old-fashioned way by browning the flour….she’s from the south and she sure knows how to cook!
