The suspect has been doing this for a decade.

Police are looking for a pedophile letter-writer who has been targeting young girls for at least 10 years, reports Fox. He writes sexually explicit letters to girls between the ages of 8 and 14 years old, and all the letters are postmarked from Phoenix.

He targets young girls who have been pictured in local newspapers. Police say he's written around 80 letters since 1999 to girls in Arizona and several other states, including New York, New Jersey, Florida, California, Georgia, and Texas.

A couple says their 8-year-old daughter received a letter from this suspect last fall.

"The letter was downright threatening. Someone says they want to do certain things to your child and they're very graphic, the kind of language he used. Husbands and wives don't talk like that usually," the mom (who wishes to be unidentified) tells Fox. "It used to be fun to go check the mail with the kids. Now I check the mail, I carry the mail, they aren't allowed to go through anything."

There is no physical description of the suspect at this time. Two of his frequently used phrases are: "lovebud" and "hope her thighs feel as good as they look." If you receive a letter like this, report it to your local authorities immediately.

We hope this suspect is caught and brought to justice before he can send out any more of his perverted letters to innocent young girls.
