One couple allegedly decided to rob three stores ... with their two small kids in the backseat.

According to LAist, William Farag and Nadia Redoble in Van Nuys, California had another kind of family bonding experience in mind. On Monday, November 30, this mom and dad allegedly put their two kids in a car and proceeded to rob a Rite-Aid in Sherman Oaks, a CVS in Encino, and followed it up by robbing an IHOP.

The couple was arrested after the CHP pursued a man in a ski mask, stopped him with a PIT maneuver, where the officer spins a fleeing car out of control. After a short pursuit, the officers captured Farag and Redoble and found their two young children strapped in the backseat.

In these desperate times, I hope that most parents know that breaking the law and involving your kids in your crimes will damage their psyche much more than eating Top Ramen for a week or asking friends and family for help.
