Us Weekly: Katie Holmes doesn't think there's anything wrong with dressing her 3-year-old daughter Suri in high heels.
"Like every little girl, she loves my high heels," she tells Access Hollywood.
After Suri was spotted wearing high heels on multiple occasions, critics complained that the footwear could be detrimental to her physical development. "A common side effect of adults wearing heels too often is the tightening or shortening of the Achilles tendon," New York podiatrist Dr. Oliver Zong told Fox News.
But Holmes, 30, insists Suri's heels are supportive.
"They are actually ballroom dancing shoes for kids," she tells Access. "I found them for her and she loves them."
Suri also "loves dancing and singing and she's just a joy," Holmes told Extra. "She loves it all."
Tom Cruise's wife said they are all gearing up for a "big family Christmas" in Los Angeles this year. "I love Christmas," Holmes said. "It's my favorite."

I have a 3 year old and it is no problem at all finding fancy girl shoes without heels. Personally it’s cute for dress up play but not for all the time wear. Kids are kids….not mini adults.

and it’s not like suri is wearing HIGH heels. she is only wearing a bit of heel so she can go like mom. I find it cute and I’m sure it won’t do any harm to her.
Not more rumours about Katie Holmes being pregnant! Simply because she is dressed in baggy clothing might simply mean that she wants to feel comfortable.
At least she loves to wear shoes cause you know some don’t like shoes at all. And I bet if she was out bare footed or in just socks then people would cry and moan over that.
Fancy girl shoes are hard to find without heels.
