A mother in Detroit gave birth to twin boys, born on different days and in different months -- of different years! Tarrance was born at 11:51 PM on Wednesday, December 31, 2008, and his twin brother Tariq made his entrance 26 minutes later at 12:17 AM on Thursday, January 1, 2009.
