When we did this video with plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan last year -- we were joking around about him performing plastic surgery on people too young to need it. Turns out he's responsible for 23-year-old Heidi Montag $30,000 "transformation."

Anyone not intelligent enough to see that this is satirical, is a few croutons short a tossed salad.
Oh and tennmom, everyone is beautiful and special…perhaps someone needed to have told you that more often.
Many people simply could not live without their Chi straightening their hair would be crazy! Hi folks, - stumbled on your internet site unintentionally while wandering round the internet this morning, and pleased that i did! I like the design and style and colours, but I have to say that I’m having problems when it loads. I’m using Lynx 2.8 web browser for mac, and the menu block will not align nicely. i am fairly certain I’ve used exactly the same layout on a customer’s website, but the menu seems O.k on mine. I have an idea the mistake is at this end and I suppose it is time to change for a better one!

There is a big difference between a 3 year old and a 23 year old. One can legally sign off on surgery, one can’t.
Heidi has never been beautiful or special, but if tens of thousands of dollars worth of surgery makes her feel so, whatever.
