Ten-year-old Noah Cyrus (Miley's little sis) has made a music video to "TiK ToK" and posted it on YouTube.
The tween lip-syncs about having "plenty of beer" and "a bottle of Jack," and sings about getting crunk all night long ... all while wearing a Miley T-shirt.
Harmless hijinks or seriously disturbing?

I agree with chris. LOL!
It’s harmless. She’s 10. That’s what they do. I wouldn’t want my daughter to do it, but lots of little girls don’t see the harm (danger) in something like that. Why should she be held to a higher standard because she’s Miley Cyrus’ sister?

If you watched the video, you can see that she doesn’t even really know the words.
She’s just a little girl, who is apparently never supervised nor has any boundaries. It’s not her fault her parents don’t monitor what she does, whether in public or on the internet.
She’s ten, she shouldn’t have a youtube account.
In the end, this is nothing. Just a little girl goofing off to a catchy song. All the songs on the radio these days are trashy, so it’s nothing new for chilren to like the catchy beats.
The only thing I see wrong with it is the fact to she’s really bad at lip-syncing!
