Too tired for love-making? Don't worry ... this sex robot's got it covered.
Last year, we told you about men who love "Real Dolls" ... but a new product takes the "Real Doll" a step further.
A New Jersey company says it has developed "the world's first sex robot," a life-size rubber doll that's designed to engage the owner with conversation and companionship, reports the Las Vegas Review Journal.
This robot, which debuted at the Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas over the weekend, talks and interacts. When you touch the robot Roxxxy's hand, "she" says, "I love holding hands with you!"
How does it work?
There's a laptop connected to cables coming out of the robot's back. Douglas Hines, the creator of the robot, says it has touch sensors at strategic locations and can sense when it's being moved. He says Roxxxy can carry on simple conversations.
Hines says that people who order the robots (which range from $7,000 to $9,000) can even select different personalities for the robot ... from "Wild Wendy" to "Frigid Farrah." (Who's ordering "Frigid Farrah," we wonder?)
The first models are expected to ship in the next few months.

A sex robot is a bit pricey but safer than having sex w another being same gender or not. Nothing more hopefully than a novelty for those with extra cash to hurl around. Interesting though in how such sensors might be used for medical problems resulting from nerve damage even to the spinal cord. I’ll pass on the purchase, even if it were affordable still preferring the real thing in our otherwise make believe world.
