So much for equality for stay-at-home dads.

While it's nice that a sporting goods store in Massachusetts is offering work schedules for people with kids -- there's a glaring omission in their ad. "Mother's Hours,"  in reference to when kids are in school, rules out any chance dad does the pick-up and drop-off.  Sorry pops!
