Barefoot Shoes: Would Ya?
Finally a way to go barefoot without all that chewing gum and grime sticking to your feet!
The manufacturers of Five Fingers shoes claim their footwear "connects you to the Earth and your surroundings in a way that is simply not possible in conventional shoes." One thing we can say for sure, these shoes, which cost about $80, fit like a glove...literally.
So ...would ya wear 'em?

these have been around for 3 years. not sure why they’re bringing this up as some sort of new product
I’m with erin on this. They have been around for some time now. That being said, I considered buying them a few years ago. Not for casual wear but for swimming in the rivers where I live. I think they’d make great water shoes but I’m not paying $80 for them!

My husband got them for Christmas and loves them. I just got a pair myself this week. They are obviously a casual shoe, but for walking, playing in the yard with the kids, on the beach and boat they are awesome.
I own a pair and LOVE THEM. They are very comfortable and versatile. Great for running, hiking, and scuba diving! I work with marine animals, so they’re perfect for long days in the water and on land.
Awesome shoes for hiking.
For 20 bucks I’d wear them! For 80 bucks no way!
