Sculptor Carves Crayons into Art

And we thought melting together broken crayon pieces was creative.

Our kids' favorite medium is usually crayons. Same goes for Artist Diem Chau, who creates detailed sculptures using nothing but a few boxes of Crayolas.

From school kids to the 12 symbols of the Chinese zodiac, each crayon creation is carved with painstaking detail. If you like, you can even commission Chau to create a crayon sculpture in the likeness of your kid! (Just be sure your child doesn't then get ahold of it and use it to draw on the walls.)
