Even Princesses Get Bullied

Doesn't matter who your family is, all kids are susceptible to bullying.

A spokesman for the Japanese royal family has confirmed that Princess Aiko, daughter of Crown Prince Naruhito and Princess Masako, missed several days of school because of bullying from boys in her class.
The 8-year-old princess reportedly said that she had a stomachache and was anxious and fearful about going to school. She has stayed home since Tuesday.
A school investigation found that others in the class have also experienced "violent things" from a certain group of boys. (The spokesman would not describe what those "things" were.) An official at the elite Gakushuin Primary School that Aiko attends said that the incident may have been a simple misunderstanding. "She had decided to leave school, and just as she had returned from changing into her normal shoes from her school shoes, I hear it was two boys that approached very suddenly and nearly collided with her, which scared her," school director Motomasa Higashisono told reporters. (Japanese schoolchildren often have separate pairs of shoes for school and home.)
Aiko's mother,Princess Masako, has battled depression and anxiety for years. She reportedly attributes those issues to the difficulties of adjusting to palace life and the pressure to bear a son.
What do you do when your child complains about being bullied?

I would take legal action against the school and the parents of the agressors.
Eventhough the school claims this is may have been an accident children are not blind or stupid.
Negative reactions by children are often from something real and should never be swept under the rug.
