Sacbee.com: If it feels like spring, then it feels like it's time for a little shopping.

And who isn't ready to think about packing away the winter wools and considering cotton?

Just in time, we've found an inexpensive clothing line that launches today at Target.

It's called Liberty of London, and the cool aspect of this collection is that it includes clothing for women, men, children and tots, as well as a fun mix of home and gardening items.

You've got to be a fan of prints and florals to appreciate Liberty. Even though the line is new to Target stores, Liberty has been around 135 years.

The company was started in 1875 in London. There's still a flagship store that carries other name brands, but Liberty is first and foremost known for its amazing prints. In fact, the company archives more than 43,000 print designs.

What Liberty has done with Target is select some of its signature floral prints - about 25 of them - and create an accessible (read: affordable) collection. Prices range from $3.99 for a girl's headband to $199.99 for a bicycle.

"Liberty of London drew on its rich art heritage ... to inspire a line of unique items that offer style and cheerfulness," says Kathee Tesija of Target in a statement.

But fear not. The prints aren't giant flowers, but more of a micro-floral. So the guys' Liberty ties and shirts (each $19.99) would work well with a navy or khaki blazer and a pair of jeans.

For women, there are tops, dresses and swimsuits. The home and gardening items include ceramic cannisters, stationery sets, candles and gardening gloves. There's bedding, too.

Actress Naomi Watts is an immediate fan of the look. She showed up in New York this past week for the opening of a Target "pop-up" store featuring the new collection.

And it might be coincidence, but if you're looking for something pretty in cosmetics for spring, M.A.C is also collaborating with Liberty in its newest color collection, Give Me Liberty of London.

Think of a swinging girl - a Sienna Miller type - full of Brit wit and spit.

The line features compacts and lipsticks, eye shadows, powder, blush and nail lacquers.

M.A.C's Give Me Liberty of London will be on makeup counters until March 24.
